The Small Craft Advisory in effect for Barbados has been discontinued.
This as the Barbados Meteorological Services says its sea drone has recorded wave heights less than 2.5 metres in the past 6 hours.
In addition, model data suggests that over the next 24 hours wave heights will likely range between 2.0 and 2.5.
Small craft operators and seabathers should still exercise caution.
The BMS also recommends that seabathers use beaches with on-duty lifeguards, particularly along southern and eastern beaches.
