A plea for the Rosegate, St. John community to add some more amenities and build out the area.
Its coming from Manager at Guinea Estates, Edward Ince, as he donated a parcel of land to representative for the area Charles Griffith.
A playpark has been built for the children in the area to enjoy and it has been named in honour of beloved resident, Carlisle Beckles, who died last year.
The park was one of the projects he wanted to get off the ground.
Mr. Ince spoke about some of the other things which could be constructed in the area.
Mr. Griffith in accepting the gift, said this gesture was not one you would find every day.
He also believes it’s at the right time to give children a space to be active and constructive in.
