A 54 year old man is expected to appear in court today, charged with the offence of Indecent Assault of a Minor.
He is Samuel Adolfus Garnes, of Merricks, St. Philip.
Police say the incident occurred on October 2nd, 2022.
Garnes is expected to appear before Magistrate Debra Beckles in the District ‘D’ Magistrate’s Court.
