St. Vincent’s PM addresses UN General Assembly

St. Vincent and the Grenadines suggests there’s an effort to undermine the Bridgetown Initiative.

The proposal put forward and promoted by Barbados’ Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley would reform the way rich countries finance poor countries in a climate crisis.

Dr. Gonsalves was among the world leaders addressing a high-level dialogue on financing for development.

The event held under the theme: Financing the SDGs for a World Where No One is Left Behind was among the several meetings of the ongoing United Nations General Assembly.
