There is concern about the level of lewd behaviour exhibited by adults towards children during this year’s Grand Kadooment.
It is coming from UN child rights expert Faith Marshall-Harris who’s also chair of the National Committee on the Rights of the Child. She says the viral video of a woman gyrating on a child is a form of abuse.
Ms. Harris made the comment during a telephone interview with CBC News.
