School-aged children must stop taking disagreements into their own hands and consult with their teachers and principals.
General Secretary of the Barbados Union of Teachers Herbert Gittens says they should seek guidance.
He added that the school is meant to instill knowledge.
His comments come after two incidents this week where males students were seriously injured.
