Thumbs up for School Nutrition Policy

At least one of the largest church groups here in Barbados is voicing support for Government’s recently launched School Nutrition Policy.

President of the East Caribbean Conference of Seventh Day Adventists, Anthony Hall, gave officials the thumbs up for the measures.

He was at the time speaking to CBC News at a health fair organised by the Conference.

Health Director for the East Caribbean Conference of Seventh Day Adventists, Priscilla Prevost says the health fair aligns with their teaching and community outreach efforts.
