The Togetherness Social Club decided to treat members today after all of last year’s activities.
It was truly a time for camaraderie as they started a long day which began at 6 a.m. with a special walk, then to breakfast and back in the afternoon for dominoes, board games, a drink, and more food.
Members even got messages from Nicola Yarde and Ahfeeyah Grant.
The festivities will continue into the evening.
Courtney Downes says the early morning fun walk was well supported.
President Patricia Parris says 2024 will be a big year for them as it’s a major anniversary year.
Secretary Rhonda Mayers says their club is one about active participation.
