Two young men accused of the murder of Darrian Robinson on October 11, 2023, were remanded to the Barbados Prison Service until Wednesday, November 22, 2023.
They are 20-year-old Malik Shabazz Bacchus, of Chapel Gap, Lower Carlton, St. James and 20-year-old Rashay Jermaine Anthony Cadogan, #78 Carlow Path, Waterford, St. Michael.
Personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department (Northern Division) arrested and formally charged Bacchus and Cadogan for the following offences:
- The Murder of Darrian Robinson – 11th October 2023 at Thunder Bay Beach, St. James
- Use of Firearm – 11th October 2023 (They are charged separately for this offence)
Bacchus and Cadogan appeared before Magistrate Wayne Clarke at the Holetown Magistrate’s Court, Holetown, St. James today, Wednesday, October 25, 2023, where they were remanded.
