Minister of Tourism Ian Gooding-Edghill has been providing an update on plans for a new slogan.
Back in 2021, the Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. (BTMI) revealed the “Little Island, Big Barbados” motto as part of a rebranding and marketing strategy.
However, the slogan was heavily criticised by the public for being similar to others used in a number of countries.
Mr. Gooding-Edghill says the way visitors feel when they leave destination Barbados is more important than any slogan.
