Work to construct a new access road into White Hill, St. Andrew is progressing well.
The update from Errol Clarke, Engineering Consultant of Errol Clarke Associates.
The old road into the community broke away more than eight years ago.
Since then residents have been using steps to gain access to the area.
White Hill, as well as Kings Street, where a portion of the road has collapsed, are earmarked for upgrades under the Scotland District Road Rehabilitation Project.
Member of Parliament for the parish, Dr. Romel Springer says residents are happy and thankful for the work being done in both districts.
