The primary objectives of the challenge are to cultivate positive business ethics and entrepreneurial skills within boys, equip them for the world of work, and help them to become gentlemen in their attitudes, deportment, and relationships with women.
As part of the contest, the students from eleven secondary schools participated in a $20 Challenge.
During his remarks, Mr. Cumberbatch appealed to the media to assist with promoting the initiative which is helping guide young Barbadian men in the right direction.
