Attorney General Dale Marshall has warned of a zero tolerance approach to people disrupting events this Crop Over season.
He was speaking on the heels of a major security breach at Powda earlier this month, in which scores of people jumped the fence to gain access to the venue, leaving several injured.
Noting that police still have to perform their regular patrols across the island, Mr. Marshall called on promoters to ensure they invest in sufficient private security for their events.
He revealed police and the National Cultural Foundation will be meeting with promoters to discuss the issue.
