The Flood Warning for Barbados has been discontinued.
During the morning, moderate to heavy showers generated 1 to 2 inches across parts of the island. However, the threat of flooding has diminished therefore the Barbados Meteorological Services (BMS) has discontinued the Flood Warning effective immediately.
A few light to moderate showers are expected during the afternoon and the alert level has been lowered to yellow (be aware).
