61 medals will return to Barbados on Sunday, when the national senior athletes return from Utah.
The Bajans won 22 gold, 26 silver and 13 bronze.
On the final day of action yesterday, Barbados collected five more gold medals.
Paulette Broomes won gold in the women’s 70-74 400 metres.
In the men’s 55-59 5k power walk, Patrick Bourne claimed the top spot.
Wendy Barrow Smith was the winner of the women’s 60-64 triple jump, while Angela Jackson won the 55-59 5k power walk.
Finally, John Brooks won gold in the men’s 50-54 400m.
The team returns on Sunday at 2:03 p.m.
