A toast to Rising Stars champions

It was a night of celebration as the Barbados Cricket Association toasted the successful regional under-15 champions.

The Barbados squad, along with management, parents, and family members were acknowledged for their efforts at the cricket legends of Barbados after they lifted the 2024 CWI Rising Stars trophy in Antigua recently.

Tournament MVP and captain of the side, Damarko Wiggins, was among members who received tokens of appreciation of watches.

BCA Vice President Calvin Hope says although Barbados won the championship on numerous occasions before, this one was extremely special.

Chairman of the Youth Committee at the BCA, Pedro Greaves, told the players to continue working hard, as there are many career opportunities in the game.
