Gladiola continued their perfect start in the 2023 BCA T20 Cup Championship, with a 14-run victory over St. Catherine at Rices, St. Philip, as Series 5 was completed on Saturday.
Gladiola posted 147-7 off their 20 overs, while St.Catherine was held to 133-9.
Meanwhile, Wildey defeated Maple by 56 runs.
Batting first at the SJPIT grounds hosts Wildey scored 175-4 off their 20 overs. In reply, Maple were held to 120-6 in their 20 overs.
Elsewhere, Spartan defeated hosts Lords by 93 runs. Scores: Spartan 168-5; Lords 75 all out.
Yorkshire easily defeated Foundation at Church Hill by seven wickets. Scores; Foundation 77; Yorkshire 82-3 in 8.4 overs.
At KMV Oval, Isolation Cavaliers 113-4; Pickwick 117-1. Shai Hope was 70 not out.
At Weymouth, Carlton beat Police by 26 runs. Carlton 145-8; Police 119 in 19.4 overs. While at 3Ws Oval, UWI “B” 205-4. Taj Cavanaire was 77 not out off just 39 balls; BCA Youth “A” all out for 127 in 19.5 overs. Aaron Daily took five for 14.
At Beckles Road, YMPC 164-6…Dwayne Smith 71; Wanderers in reply were limited to 153-4.
At Lucas Street, Empire 134-9. Jabary Yarde 62; Windward 136-5 in 18.5.
At College “A”, BCA Youth “B” were 83-6; UWI “A” 84-1 in 8.5 overs.
