It’ll be Barbados Community College and St. Michael School for today’s final of the National Sports Council Under 19 Schools Basketball Competition.
In the semifinals at the Wildey Gym, BCC advanced with a 20-point 67-47 win over Queen’s College.
For the Eyrie boys, Joshua Harvey and Scott Wharton each had 15 points, while Tristan Yarde and Rory Taylor each had 12. Then for QC, Zachary Haynes also had a game-high 15, and Zane Gaskin added 11.
In the other semi, St. Michael had a close seven-point win over Harrison College, as CBC’s Mark Seale reports.
The BCC-St. Michael final is set for 4:00 p.m. this evening at the Wildey Gym, with the 3rd place playoff at 2:30.
