A St. Catherine Cricket Club legend, former Barbados and West Indies wicket-keeper Thelston Payne has died at the age of 66 after a long illness.
Payne was described as more than a handy batter and was the understudy to Jeff Dujon for much of his West Indies career, which included one test and seven one-day internationals.
