Barbadian Zane Maloney was back on the podium today, as he finished third in the 1st round of the final series in the 2021 Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine.
Competing at the Monda Track in Italy, Maloney finished third to earn 15 points and moved to fourth overall with 164.
He’s now just 15 points behind 3rd-placed Paul Aron of Estonia, with only tomorrow’s round 2 of Monda to go in the season.
Today was Maloney’s first podium finish in his last five starts.
