Sagicor honours Sada

‘Celebrating Sada’

That was the theme of an evening of celebration at the Clubhouse at the Estates, St. George hosted by Sagicor Life and Sagicor Bank in recognition of the achievements of Barbadian Track Star Sada Williams.

While not disclosing the financial terms of the partnership, Sagicor has stepped up to support Williams on her quest for Olympic gold in the 400 meters.

This follows the Government’s pledge of 150 thousand dollars presented to her earlier this week and Executive Vice-President and General Manager of Sagicor Life Paul Inniss says this was something they had in the pipeline for a long time, while Minister in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs Ryan Straughn lauded the company for stepping up to the plate.

Williams welcomed the support while urging other private sector entities to follow suit.
