Barbadian Dane Skeete was leading Sol Rally Barbados this evening.
At stage 19, Skeete and partner Tyler Mayhew in a Subaru Impreza WRC S12, had a slender lead of 1.26 seconds over Hayden Paddon of New Zealand.
Skeete’s overall time at that stage was 58 minutes 52.07 Seconds.
Paddon and John Kennard in their Hyundai I20 R5, were 1.26 Seconds behind at 58 minutes 53.33.
Third, but a good ways off the pace was the Bajan duo of Stuart Maloney and Kristian Yearwood, competing in a Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo, Maloney was 49.25 seconds behind Skeete.
The official final results are expected later tonight.
