West Indies Head Coach Darren Sammy says the regional side is peaking at the right time ahead of the ICC T-20 World Cup in June.
He was speaking ahead of the Windies’ upcoming one-day and T-20 series against hosts Australia starting on Thursday.
Recent series wins in the white ball format have made the selection process clearer for the 40-year-old.
The Windies are currently in camp, preparing to face the Aussies, with hopes of at least winning a series down-under.
Sammy says the side is motivated after the test team’s recent performance.
The first O.D.I. between West Indies and Australia bowls off on Thursday from 11:30 p.m. Barbados time.
