West Indies Women Head Coach Shane Deitz has given his side high marks for their 3-nil sweep of Pakistan Women in the just concluded one-day international series in Karachi.
The Australian who took up the position in July last year said it was pleasing to see the captain, Hayley Matthews lead from the front.
Meanwhile, Matthews says it was important to score some valuable ICC Women’s Championship points.
The Windies Women have 14 points from 15 matches, and are now 7th in the standings trying to become one of the five teams that directly qualify for the World Cup in 2025.
The first of five T20s is set for Friday at 10:30 a.m. Barbados time.
