Remedial reading for children has been on the front burner for St. James North Member of Parliament Edmund Hinkson as he hosts a third summer of lessons for youngsters in the constituency.
CBC News visited the Constituency Office where the lessons are conducted and the MP says he views this area of literacy as critical because many students need that extra attention.
