The Barbados Water Authority is advising the public that power outages in some parts of the island have caused some of its pumping stations to go offline.
Teams are working on the restoration of power and some facilities are currently operating on generator power. Customers in some areas may experience low water pressure or outages as a result.
The Authority says it will make every effort to assist residents in the affected districts via water tanker in the interim, and apologises for the inconvenience the service disruptions may cause.
