Workers at the Barbados National Oil Company are back on the job after their union reached an agreement with the company.
The workers took industrial action protesting what they said were a number of outstanding issues.
Deputy General Secretary and Lead Negotiator assigned to the BNOC Dwaine Paul says one of the main issues that will be addressed is the matter of outstanding back pay.
He says the company has now agreed to make every effort to pay the staff by next pay day.
