Opening batsman John Campbell has received a reduction of two years and two months on his four year suspension, for evading and failing to submit to a urine sample.
The 30-year-old, who received the ban in October 2022, will now be eligible to return to competitive cricket in July or August of this year.
The ruling by the Court of Arbitration for Sports found that Campbell did not deliberately try to evade.
The court says the issue was out of negligence on Campbell’s part.
CAS also in their ruling says it did not find Campbell to be a cheat.
