While Barbados appears to be experiencing an overall lull in murders, local officials are worried about the number of homicides in neighbouring territories.
Speaking during the start of a Crime Prevention Symposium this morning, Attorney General, Dale Marshall, expressed concern that the worrying trend could expand.
