A shooting incident in the St. Barnabas, St. Michael area has left a male nursing a gunshot injury to the upper left thigh.
Police Communications and Public Affairs Officer Inspector Rodney Inniss confirmed to CBC News that the incident was reported around 5 minutes to 7 tonight.
The victim was transported from the scene by ambulance for medical attention.
