More Barbadians interested in back up power systems

In the wake of power outages brought on by Hurricane Elsa, more Barbadians have been looking to invest in back up power systems.

Word of this from Chief Executive Officer of Future Energy Caribbean David Green, who notes instead of going the traditional route of diesel generators, many have been seeking to embrace renewable energy.

Mr. Green says solar photovoltaic starter kits are popular choices.

Mr. Green says the company has been moving to meet the demand by introducing affordable payment solutions.
