During today’s Estimates Debate, Minister of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs Kirk Humphrey was questioned by Senior Minister with responsibility for Infrastructure Dr. William Duguid about his plans for Sterling, which sits on seven acres of land.
In response, he suggests there is a greater need for housing for homeless women with children and those transitioning from Child Care Board homes into adulthood.
