The Barbados Police Service has turned to the public to reunite an elderly woman with her family.
Police say 61-year-old Janice Ashby, of Bentham Road, Welches Road, Oistins, Christ Church appears to have dementia and while she gave her name and address, she could not identify her house or neighbours. Ms. Ashby also knows she has a brother, “Ronald Ashby” but was unable to give his address.
Ms. Ashby is currently at the Hastings/ Worthing Police Station. Anyone who may be able to assist in reuniting her with her loved ones is asked to contact the Station at the following telephone numbers, 430-7615 or 430-7614.
