There’s been a partial lifting of the mask mandate at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
A directive has taken effect this week allowing for what is a major change in COVID-19 protocols governing the Hospital, along with Harrison’s Point and the Belleville Outpatients Annex.
Executive Chairman, Juliette Bynoe-Sutherland tells CBC News mask wearing will be no longer mandatory but highly recommended for visitors, patients and staff in non-clinical areas.
