Taxi operators get fare increase

Taxi fares are going up from tomorrow, Minister of Transport, Works and Water Resources, Santia Bradshaw announced today at a press conference. 

The increase comes on the heels of strike action taken last Saturday by taxi operators at the Grantley Adams International Airport in Christ Church that left many visitors stranded for hours.
