On a visit to Barbados two years ago Laura and Alexander Assassa found out they had contracted COVID-19.
It was a near-death experience for Alexander and his recovery has been attributed solely to excellent medical care at the Harrison Point Isolation Facility.
In recognition of that, the couple has paid tribute to the facility and its staff, in a very special way.
