There were 153 new COVID-19 cases reported on Thursday, August 25th, from the 612 tests carried out by laboratories across the island.
The cases comprise 18 people under the age of 18, and 135 who were 18 years and older.
The number of people in isolation facilities was 88, while 2,070 were in home isolation.
The laboratories conducted 752,466 tests since February 2020, and recorded 100,526 COVID-19 cases (45,438 males and 55,088 females).
Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, the total number of fully vaccinated people is 154,354 (56.9 per cent of the total population or 67.6 per cent of the eligible population).
