326 new COVID-19 cases (79 females and 247 males) were recorded from the 823 tests conducted by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory on Wednesday, June 29th.

Of the positive cases, 21 people are under the age of 18, and 305 are 18 years and older.

The number of people in isolation facilities was 38, while 1,229 were in home isolation.

The public health laboratory has conducted 704,874 tests since February 2020, and recorded 84,421 COVID-19 cases (38,631 males and 45,790 females).

Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, the total number of individuals with at least one dose is 162,616 (71.2 per cent of the eligible population). The total number of fully vaccinated people is 153,510 (56.6 per cent of the total population or 67.2 per cent of the eligible population).
