There were 62 new COVID-19 cases recorded on Thursday, September 8th, from the 414 tests conducted by laboratories across the island.
The cases comprise six people under the age of 18, and 56 who are 18 years and older.
The number of people in isolation facilities was 53, while 526 were in home isolation.
The laboratories conducted 758,919 tests since February 2020, and recorded 101,809 COVID-19 cases.
Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, the total number of fully vaccinated people is 154,476 (57 per cent of the total population or 67.6 per cent of the eligible population).
