A group of residents from St. George are not letting age deter them from doing anything, in fact, it is the process of getting older which has brought them together to engage in a number of activities.
Ordean Duke who resides in Drax Hall is a member of the Active Agers who carry out their sessions at the community centre there, their oldest member is 77 years old and the youngest 32.
The craft which they did was on display today at the community centre and it ranged from ceramics, basketry, crochet, cement, shell art, t-shirt printing and a range of other craft items.
One of the men in the group, Trevor Lashley explained how some of his pieces were created.
