The Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation has lost one of its stalwarts, retired head of News and Current Affairs (Acting) Arnon Dyal.
The 73 year old editor whose passion for radio news was used to train many a news reporter, passed away today around 4:00 a.m. at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital after ailing for sometime.
His was a career which began in 1969 at the Advocate but after 1971 until August 31st, 2013, the Pine served as his second home.
