The Barbados Gems have secured their place at the Netball World Cup in South Africa next year.
After suffering a heavy defeat to Jamaica in their penultimate game at the Americas Netball World Cup Qualifiers, the Bajans bounced back to hammer Antigua and Barbuda 68-29 on Saturday night.
That spirited win over Antigua at the National Indoor Sports Centre in Kingston, Jamaica sealed their spot for the elite event.
The next Netball World Cup will run from July 28 to August 6, 2023 in Cape Town, South Africa.
