The Barbadian Boy Scouts in South Korea for an international Jamboree have been moved and are safe.
The assurance from Chief Commissioner, Trevor Jones, as South Korean officials warned of an incoming typhoon.
Mr. Jones says the decision was made to evacuate the campsite out of an abundance of caution.
Scouts from several countries had already pulled out of the event because of soaring temperatures.
Mr. Jones says while the scouts have been relocated, the Jamboree, which attracted tens of thousands of people will continue, with some changes.
The Barbadian contingent is set to depart South Korea on Saturday, and arrive in Barbados on Sunday.
