Barbadians have been participating in Emancipation Day celebrations amid revelations the reparations movement is gaining momentum.
The issue was raised at the Emancipation Day ceremony at Haggatt Hall this morning by Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office with Responsibility for Culture Senator Dr. Shantal Munro-Knight.
