Barbadians are being told not to give up but to trust God amidst their various challenges.
This advice is from Bishop the Reverend Derick Richards, President of the Methodist Church South Caribbean District.
During his sermon, at the official service for the 198th South Caribbean District Conference, attended by the dignitaries and clergy from across the region, he stressed there is always hope with God.
Bishop Richards is upbeat about the future of the church and Christianity.
