Barbadians urged to invest in BOSS Plus bonds

Fresh assurances from a top Government advisor that bonds tied to the Barbados Optional Savings Scheme Plus are safe and there’s no danger of losing your investment.

Government’s Economic Advisor Dr. Kevin Greenidge, has been providing an update on the BOSS Plus initiative.

That initiative allows average Barbadians and those in the business sector to invest in the Barbados Economic Recovery and Transformation Programme (BERT) 2022, with a very favourable return of 4.5% over a five year period.

He says it’s a guaranteed means for receiving a return on investment, while supporting efforts to grow the local economy.

Dr. Greenidge is appealing for more Barbadians to take advantage of the BOSS Plus bonds offered to help build their financial portfolio.
