Amid the Christmas festivities, Barbadians are being warned not to overindulge with their eating as Barbados’ chronic non communicable disease numbers continue to increase.
The caution from Dr. Kenneth Connell who says there’s a lot of cardiovascular risk.
He says Barbadians should watch how many calories they consume.
