The Barbados Aquatic Sports Association has received approval from the COVID-19 Monitoring Unit to stage the Aquatic Centre International Invitational Meet, next weekend.
The International Invitational has not been held since 2019, and is usually staged in May. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic the Association was forced to reschedule.
BASA President Cheryl Lady Forde confirmed that only one overseas competitor is among the 1013 entries for the October 8th-10th event.
