The Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association projected (BHTA) 70 per cent occupancy rates for December at its recent fourth Quarterly Report and Statement.
The association also released a statement informing that Geoffrey Roach has decided that he will not stay on as the CEO. He will be heading off to pursue other career options.
The BHTA says it will commence the search for another talented Barbadian in the new year to fill the post.
