Barbados is upbeat about boosting relations with Senegal.
The island is playing host to the President of Senegal Macky Sall, who is on a historic state visit.
He arrived last night at the Grantley Adams International Airport where he was welcomed by Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kerrie Symmonds and other senior Government officials.
Minister Symmonds says it’s important Barbados build relations with Africa.
